- Why is the Conference going online?

Circumstances in 2020 relating to the Coronavirus have created uncertainty relating to global travel and with the requirement for social distancing, the organizing committee has decided to move the conference online to continue to serve the scientific and educational needs of its community.
- What are the Virtual Congress dates?

The conference will take place over 2 days from November 10 (Tue) to 11 (Wed), 2020. After the live online conference, content will be available to watch on-demand for a month. Access to this content will be included in the registration fee.
- What language will the Virtual Congress be?

The official language of the conference will be English.
- I have already submitted my abstract, do I need to re-submit this

No, you do not need to resubmit. If you have already submitted an abstract, your abstract will automatically transfer to be reviewed for the online conference, you do not need to do anything at this stage. You will be notified by September 14, 2020 if your abstract has been accepted for presentation or not.
- Will new abstract submissions be considered for the online conference?

Yes, a second deadline of August 31, 2020 has been set to allow researchers to submit new or additional abstracts for review.
- Will my abstract still be published and presented if I cannot attend the conference?

No, all presenting authors whose abstract has been accepted, must be registered (and registration fee paid) by October 23, 2020 for their abstract to be published and presented
- If my abstract is accepted for presentation, how will I present it virtually?

You will be provided with information on how to present your abstract (most likely with pre-recorded presentation or pre-submitted poster) within the online conference, at a later date.
- What is the program for the online conference?

Microneedles 2020 organizing committee are finalizing the conference program, working hard to ensure that the program showcases best practices and the latest developments in microneedles, for all training and professional levels around the world. More detail will be available on our website in September 2020.
- I was an invited speaker for the Seoul MN 2020 program, am I still in the program?

If you were a confirmed invited speaker for the Seoul MN 2020 program, we hope that you can still contribute to the online conference program. The Microneedles 2020 secretariat will be in contact with you individually to confirm this. If you have any questions, please contact junghwan.park@gmail.com.
- In what time zone will the program be presented virtually?

Basically, all sessions are process according to Korea Standard Time (KST). However, Microneedles 2020 organizing committee is currently working on the program and how to ensure that a mixture of pre-recorded and live elements can allow participants from all over the world to make the most out of the program, and engage with the content. There will still be Q&As and other opportunities for 'live' interaction. More detail will be available on our website in September 2020.
- Will I be able to access the online conference, after the live dates?

After the live online conference, the content will be available to watch on demand for a limited period of time (1 month) at the official website of the Microneedles 2020 (www.microneedles2020.org). Access to this content will be included in the registration fee.
